In November 2025, Bac Ninh province’s industrial production index (IIP) continued to maintain high growth (20.94%) compared to the same month of the previous year.

Specifically, the mining sector is estimated to decrease by 6.78%; the manufacturing sector is estimated to increase by 21.13%; the electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning production and distribution sector is estimated to decrease by 3.22%; and the water supply, waste management and wastewater treatment sector is estimated to increase significantly by 30.4%.
The reason for the increase in the Industrial Production Index (IIP) in November compared to the same month last year is that Bac Ninh remains an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors. Foreign direct investment (FDI) projects continue to increase, especially in the processing and manufacturing industries in key industrial zones, contributing significantly to overall growth. In addition, large corporations producing electronic components continue to maintain stable production, with some expanding their production lines, strengthening the position of this industry and the province in the global supply chain.
Overall, for the first 11 months, the Industrial Production Index (IIP) is estimated to have increased by 16.79%. Of this, the manufacturing sector, which accounts for a large proportion, continued to maintain its important role with a growth rate of 16.94%; mining decreased by 8.21%; electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning production and distribution increased by 1.63%; and water supply, waste management and treatment increased by 21.54%.
The province’s high industrial production index reflects stable economic growth, demonstrating that the provincial government’s close monitoring of production and business activities, understanding of business difficulties, and timely implementation of solutions and directives have resolved obstacles and promoted production development in the area.
