By August 2025, Bac Ninh province had attracted 588.3 million USD in converted investment capital, of which 20 new FDI projects were granted with registered capital reaching over 86 million USD; additional capital adjustment for 22 projects with additional registered capital reaching 494.3 million USD; and 4 new DDI projects with total registered capital reaching 8 million USD.

In the first 8 months, the province attracted 14.2 billion USD, including 153 new domestic projects with registered capital of 245,603 billion VND and 254 FDI projects with registered capital of 1,191.4 million USD; adjusted capital increase for 134 domestic investment projects with additional capital of 8,157.5 billion VND and 175 FDI projects with additional registered capital of 2,995 million USD.

Also in 8 months, the whole province had 4,823 newly established enterprises, with registered capital of 50,958 billion VND. In August alone, there were 749 enterprises with registered capital of 4,146 billion VND; 15 branches and representative offices, 227 newly established business locations.

To increase investment attraction, in the coming time, Bac Ninh province will step up the review and removal of barriers and obstacles hindering production and business activities; accelerate the roadmap for cutting and simplifying administrative procedures, improving the investment and business environment, and attracting investment into the province. Continue to review and propose specific solutions for projects with difficulties and long-standing problems, especially problems related to procedures, mechanisms, and legal policies to recommend competent authorities to consider and remove them. At the same time, deploy solutions to promote industrial production, especially the processing, manufacturing, electricity production and distribution industries./.
