Head of Project Management

I. Job description

  • Advise the Board of Directors on choosing plans to organize, manage and operate construction works throughout the project.
  • Advise and propose solutions to technical problems arising during construction.
  • Survey, analyze and propose design options for technical infrastructure works in urban and industrial zones.
  • Management + Deployment of technical infrastructure design documents from the planning step until project completion;
  • Plan to inspect, monitor quality, progress, construction management costs and operations, and supervise to ensure compliance with the plan set forth by the Board of Directors.
  • Implement and organize inspection and control of all activities on the construction site;
  • Technical management, volume, progress, value of construction packages.
  • Quality management coordination: monitoring and managing infrastructure quality at the construction site to ensure quality, hygiene and labor safety.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Synthesize, evaluate, and report on work status as a basis for advising the General Director to resolve related problems and issues that affect the quality, progress, and investment efficiency of the project;
  • Assign roles and tasks to members of the Board;
  • Work with departments/consulting units to provide design solutions that are in accordance with current regulations and standards, are economical, feasible and ensure safety.
  • Work directly with authorities on legal procedures to implement the project including utilities.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors to promptly handle any problems and ensure project implementation plans;
  • Acceptance and final payment to consulting units and construction contractors of the project;
  • Review the project completion documents.

III. Job requirements:

  • University degree or higher in civil or industrial construction;
  • Have at least 10 years of experience as Deputy Director, Director of Project Management Board or higher;
  • Have professional qualifications in Design and inspection of technical items of urban and industrial park infrastructure;
  • Have experience in project management and supervision, priority given to those holding the position of Project Management Board Head, Professor, Project Supervisor;
  • Have good knowledge of the Company’s field of operation;
  • Have a grade II or higher project management certificate;
  • Good use of management software. Read and analyze project drawings.
  • Honesty, good professional ethics, spirit, responsibility, professional working style, decisive, flexible;
  • Understand state regulations on construction and construction quality management
  • Work independently and in groups
  • Proficient in software, Cad, Project, estimates, Office.
