By September 20, 2025, Bac Ninh province attracted over 15.3 billion USD of converted investment capital, including 162 newly granted domestic investment projects and 262 FDI projects with registered numbers of VND 256,149.5 billion and USD 1,509.8 million, respectively.
In addition, the province adjusted to increase capital for 141 domestic projects and 201 FDI projects with additional registered capital of VND10,603.7 billion and USD3,300.2 million. In particular, Bac Ninh currently ranks first in the country in attracting FDI.
In September alone, the province attracted 148.76 million USD in converted investment capital; of which 6 new domestic investment projects and 7 FDI projects with registered capital of 1,721.6 billion VND and 9.5 million USD, respectively; 3 domestic projects and 9 FDI projects increased capital with additional capital of 691 billion VND and 43.9 million USD.
Also in the first 9 months of 2025, the province had 5,448 enterprises entering the market, an increase of 25% over the same period in 2024, with a registered capital of VND 94,584 billion. In addition, there were 369 branches and representative offices registered and 2,142 newly established locations.
To increase investment attraction in the area, in the coming time, Bac Ninh province will actively support, remove difficulties, promote production and business development. Monitor, grasp, and promptly resolve difficulties and problems of enterprises regarding production materials, product consumption markets, labor, capital, etc., creating the best conditions for enterprises and investors to develop production and business. Strengthen training and support enterprises to improve capacity and adaptability; support market search, diversify raw material sources and consumption markets. Prioritize the development, mastery and transfer, and application of new technologies to serve the development of strategic industries, foundation industries, emerging industries, and supporting industries; encourage enterprises to invest in innovation, absorption, and mastery of technology, especially core and source technologies./.
